SECTION 1

Reasons for Believing in Eternal Security

1. What is the Bible meaning of Eternal Security?

The Bible meaning of Eternal Security means that once a sinner has been
born again, he can Never be lost and go to hell and the lake of fire. Once saved always
saved, Once a child of God always a child of God, once a member of the Body
of Christ, always a member of the Body of Christ, Once in the Kingdom of God
always in the kingdom of God. Once in Christ, NEVER OUT. Every born again
believer in Christ is ETERNALLY SECURE. Eternal means Everlasting not Temporary.

2. There is not one text in the Bible that says the believer in Christ has
been saved with a temporary salvation. According to the Bible, everything
about salvation is eternal in nature.

1. God is eternal Deut. 33:27
2. God's kingdom is Eternal 2nd Peter 1:11
3. God's purpose is Eternal Eph. 3:11
4. God's glory is Eternal 1st Peter 5:10
5. God's inheritance is Eternal Hebrew 9:12

3. Every believer in Christ have eternal life Now as a Present Possession,
John 3:15-16, John 5:24.

4. The Bible teaches very clearly that salvation is Eternal, Isa. 45:17 and
51:6, Hebrew 5:9.

5. Since Salvation is Eternal, and the believer in Christ already possesses
Eternal Life, The believer in Christ cannot be lost.

11. The believer in Christ cannot be lost because he/she is protected by the
law of double Jeopardy.

What is the law of double jeopardy?

1. A man cannot be condemned and punished for the same crime twice.
According to The Bible, God the Father, has already condemned and punished Christ on the
Cross of Calvary for all the sins of the believers in Christ. For what the
law could not do, in that it

Reasons For Believing in Eternal Salvation

Was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of
sinful flesh, and For sin, condemned sin in the flesh, Roman 8:3. For he hath made Him to be
sin for us who knew no sin, that we might be made the righteousness of God
in Him, 2nd Cor. 5:21.

2. Who his own self bare our sins in His own body on the tree, for Christ
also hath Once Suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God.
1st Peter 2:24, 3:18.

3. Since the believer in Christ is protected by the law of double jeopardy,
the believer in Christ cannot be lost.

III. The believer in Christ cannot be lost because the precious blood of
Christ has cleansed the believer from all sin. Every preacher who says that a born
again believer in Christ can be lost says:

1. That the Blood cannot save the wrath of God.
2. That the Blood of Christ does not make Saints nigh to God.
3. That they count the Blood an unholy thing.
4. The Blood lost its sanctifying power.
5. They deny the Eternal power of the Blood.
The Believer cannot be lost because Christ purchased the Church with Blood.
Acts 20:28.

IV. The believer in Christ cannot be lost because the believer in Christ is
a born again Child of God.
The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children
of God. And if Children, then heirs, heir of God, and joint heirs with Christ.
Rom.8:16-17. There is not One text in the entire Bible that says God will disinherit a born again
believer in Christ. Rev. 22:18-19 Warns us. Read! Under the law, God threatened to disinherit
the Jewish nation. Num.14:12 However, according to the Bible, under Grace
God will not Condemn a born again child of God. Roman 8:1 - 1st Cor. 11:30-32

V. The believer in Christ cannot be lost because the believer in Christ is
indwelt by the Holy Spirit. Every born again believer in Christ is indwelt by the Holy
Spirit. Rom.8:9 And 5:5. 1st Cor. 6:19-20 The Saints in the old testament times were not indwelt by the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit came upon old testament Saints and gave them power to do
certain deeds. Judges 14:6, 19

Reasons For Believing in Eternal Salvation

The Holy Spirit would leave the old testament Saints, when they would
disobey the Word Of God. 1st Samuel 16:14 and Judges 16:20. When King David sinned, he
prayed to God for God not to take the Holy Spirit away from him. Ps.51:11

The Holy Spirit will never leave a born again believer in Christ under the
Dispensation of Grace.
Why? Christ prayers are always answered by the Father. John 11:41-42 and
John 14:16- 17 Jesus says, and I will pray the Father, and He shall give you another
Comforter, that
He may abide with you FOREVER, even the Spirit of Truth, whom the world
cannot receive, because it seethe, Him not, neither knoweth Him, but ye know Him,
for He dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. Once saved, Always Saved.

Vl. The believer in Christ cannot be lost because the believer in Christ is
sealed with the Holy Spirit.  Every believer in Christ is sealed with the Holy Spirit the second they trust Christ as their Own personal Lord and Savior. 2nd Cor. 1:21-22. Eph. 1:13-14.
In Scripture, a seal represents three things:
1. A finished transaction Jer. 32:9-10
2. Ownership 2nd Tim. 2:19
3. Security Esther 8:8

The Holy Spirit Himself is the seal and the earnest of the believers
inheritance Eph. 1:13-14The Holy Spirit is greater than Satan, demons, sin, death, sinners, the
grave, or anythingIn creation. 1st John 4:4.  Many false prophets teach the doctrine that the Holy Spirit does not dwell within theSaints at all times. However, according to the Bible, the Holy Spirit dwells within the Saints at All times. John 14:16-17 How long does the Holy Spirit seal believers? Every Believer is sealed until the rapture. Eph 4:30

VII. The believer in Christ cannot be lost because the believer in Christ
has been Baptized into the Body of Christ by the Holy Spirit.
For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or
Gentiles, whether we be bond or free, and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
1st COR. 12:13

There is not one scripture in the Bible that says, the Holy Spirit will
unbaptize a believer In Christ. Prov. 30:6 warns us. Read. Once saved sealed Always saved
sealed.

Reason For Believing in Eternal Salvation

VIII. The believer in Christ cannot be lost because every believer in Christ
was taken out of the devil's kingdom and translated into the kingdom of God, the second
the believer Trusted the Gospel. Every believer in Christ is Already in the kingdom of
God. Giving Thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the
inheritance of the Saints in light, who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath
translated us Into the kingdom of His dear Son. Col. 1:12-13 There is not
one scripture in the Bible that says that God will take a born again believer out of his kingdom and cast him into hell fire.  According to the Bible, God will preserve every believer in His kingdom. 2nd Tim. 4:18

IX. The believer in Christ cannot be lost because the believer in Christ
shall not come Into condemnation. Why? Because Christ has already suffered and died on the Cross for all the sins of the believer In Christ.  1st Peter 3:18
Do you believe the Bible record? 1st John 5:10. According to the Bible,
there is no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus. Roman 8:1. Very
Verily, I say unto you, He that hearth My Word, and believeth on Him that sent Me. Hath Everlasting Life, and Shall Not come into condemnation, but is passed from death unto life. John 5:24.

Sometimes God has to chasten many sinning disobedient Saints by taking them
home to Heaven. Why? Because Saints cannot be condemned with the world of lost
sinners. 1st Cor. 11:30-32

X. The believer in Christ cannot be lost because the gates of Hell shall not
prevail against the Church. If one born again believer in Christ would be lost after
they had once been saved, the gate of hell would prevail (would stand up)
against the Church of Christ.

XI. The believer in Christ cannot be lost because Christ said He will lose
nothing that He hath once saved. John 6:39 Many false prophets try to use Judas Iscariot as an example of a saved person being lost after being saved. According to the Bible, Judas Iscariot
was never saved in the first place.
1. Judas was a devil John 6:70-71
2. Judas was a lost sinner John 17:12
3. Judas was the son of perdition. John 1

Reasons For Believing in Eternal
Salvation

XII. The believer in Christ cannot be lost because Christ prays to the
Father to keep all believers Eternally saved.
The Bible teaches plainly that Christ makes intercession in Heaven for every
born again Child of God. Rom. 8:34, and according to the Bible, God always hears the
prayers of His well beloved Son. John 11:41-42

What are some of the prayers that Christ is praying in Heaven for all
believers?
1. That their faith fail not. Luke 22:31-32
2. For the Eternal Security of all believers from the world and Satan. John 17:11, 15
3. That all believers may be with Him in Heaven to behold His Glory. John 17:24
All false preachers and churches that teaches that born again believers can
be lost, after they have once been born again, is teaching the false
doctrine, that God will not hear the prayers of His beloved Son.
See John 11:41-42. Once in Christ Never out.

X111. The believer in Christ will never be lost because Christ will never
forsake the believer in Christ. Let your conversation be without covetousness, and be content with such things as ye have for He hath said: I WILL NEVER LEAVE THEE. Nor FORSAKE Thee. Heb. 13:5 God The Father forsook Christ on the Cross at Calvary so that no believer in Christ would ever be forsaken by God. Matt.27:46 All preachers and churches that teach that a
born again believer in Christ can be lost, says that Christ will forsake a born again believer
In Christ however, Christ Himself says: He will never forsake a born again
believer in Christ. Heb.13:5

Do you believe in Christ?

XIV. The believer in Christ cannot be lost because God the Father has
already justified the believer in Christ from all things.
God the Father has declared the believer in Christ righteous from all things

Acts 13:38-39. According to the Bible, no sinner can be justified before God
by doing good works or by trying to keep the ten commandments Rom. 3:20 and
Gal.2:16

God the Father has justified the believer in Christ from all things because
the believer in Christ trusted in the Lord Jesus Christ as his own Personal
Savior. Rom.3:24, 5:1, Acts 13:38-39, and Gal 2:16
1. The Believer is justified by Grace. Roman 3:24
2. The Believer is justified by Blood. Roman 5:9
3. The Believer is justified by Faith Roman 4:5, 5:1
All preachers who teaches that a born again believer in Christ can be lost
says that God will condemn justified believers. But Rom.8:1 says no
condemnation for those in Christ.

XV. The believer in Christ cannot be lost because the believers of Christ do
not have the will power to take themselves Out of Christ.
Many false prophets teach the false doctrine that born again believers have
the will power to take themselves out of Christ. They say you can give up
your Salvation, as if the sinner has control. According to the Bible, no
sinner can come to Christ by his own will power.

John 6:44
The will of every born again believer in Christ is under the control of God.

Phil. 2:13 and Hebrew 13:20-21
The Bible also teaches plainly that no sinner can be born again by an act of
the will.

John 1:12-13
According to the Bible, sinners are born again by an act of the will of God.

John 1:12-13
Since the believer in Christ did not save himself by an act of his will, the
believer in Christ cannot make himself lost by an act of his will.
Every born again believer is kept saved by God.

Read Phil.1:6 and 1st Peter
1:5 and Be Confident.

XVI. Every Believer is Secure Because Salvation is By Grace. Eph. 2:8-9
Our salvation is by Grace from start to finish. We do not deserve Salvation
when God saves us, and we will never deserve it, to tell a born again
believer that he must do something to keep it, to deserve it, this would be
works, not Grace. Grace means God saved us, even though we do not deserve
His Grace, and we will never deserve His Grace no matter what we do.
Therefore since He saved us while we Were undeserving, he will not cast us
off while we Are undeserving.

 See Rom.5:6-10.

XVII. Every believer is Secure Because He is Born of God.

Read John 1:12.
Now I will admit, we do not always act like children of God, but those who
are born of God are Gods children, and a child of God, can no more be
unborn, than can a child of physical birth. Most people who believe that a
person can fall from Grace and lose, or give up their Salvation, also
believe that a person can be saved after he falls. If this is true, then it
would take the third birth to receive Eternal Salvation, but the Bible has
nothing to say about a third birth

Reasons For Believing in Eternal
Salvation

XVIII. Why do false prophets teach the false doctrine that born again
believers in Christ can be lost after regeneration?
1. All false preachers are deceived by Satan and his demons 2nd Cor. 4:3-4.
2. All false preachers think sinners are born again by doing works and keeping
    The ten commandments Matt.7:21-23.
3. All false preachers confuse regeneration with discipleship. Luke 14:26-33 and Gal. 3:26.
4. All false preachers confuse regeneration with rewards. Titus 3:5 and Rev. 22:12
5. All false preachers think sinners can work for a free gift. But we know this not true by Eph.   2:8-9.
6. All false preachers who trust in good works to save them will pervert the
scriptures to justify their own self righteousness. Luke 18: 9-14 This is
why false preachers teach the false doctrine that born again believers can
be lost. 2nd Peter 3:15-16

SECTION II

What Happens When a Christian Sins?

Those who teach against the Doctrine of Eternal Security, teach, that
to believe in this
Doctrine, encourages a believer to be careless to live in sin. However, the
Bible teaches just the opposite. The scripture that refutes this false
accusation is found in Romans 6. Paul begins the chapter by asking the
question Shall we continue in, that grace may abound? Many argue, since sin
gives an occasion for God to show His grace, let us keep on sinning that god
may have an opportunity, to keep on showing more grace.

Paul answers this false statement by saying God forbid! How shall we,
that are dead to sin, live any longer there in? Roman 6:2

Then Paul goes on in Rom.6 to show that we were baptized into the death
of Christ, not by water baptism, but by the Holy Spirit. Not only have we
been baptized into Christ death, but we have been raised w/Christ to walk in
newness of life. Paul tells us that we are to experience our position in
Christ in our daily lives. Rom. 6:11. Likewise, reckon ye also yourselves
to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God, though Jesus Christ our
Lord. Often the question is asked, What does God do when a believer sins?
The Scripture very clearly says that when a believer sins, he is to confess
his sins, not to some religious leader, but to God Himself. 1st John 1:9. If
we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to
cleanse us from all righteousness. This verse does not refer to the terms
for a sinners salvation, but to the condition of fellowship with God. (A
lost sinner is justified by faith, not by confessing his sins.)

Another question often asked is, What if the believer does not confess
his sins? Does he lose his salvation? God has a remedy for this situation.
In 1st Corinthians 11:31-32, Paul says For if we would judge ourselves, we
should not be judged. But when we are judged, we are Chastened of the Lord,
that we should not be Condemned with the world.

This scripture clearly says that God chastens his children to bring
them to their senses. In the Corinthian church, God chastened even to the
extent of physical death, but the purpose was that the spirit may be saved
in the day of our Lord Jesus, 1st Cor. 5:5 and that we should not be
condemned with the world, 1st Cor. 11:32. God's chastening has its source
in His love for His own. Heb. 12:6-7 for whom the Lord loveth He chasteneth,
and scourgeth every son whom He receiveth, for what son is he, whom the
father chasteneth not?

What Happens when a Christian Sins?

We must realize that God deals with us a father deals with his son, 1st
John 3:1.
Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should
be called the sons of God.

The story of the prodigal son in Luke 15:11-32 is the most beautiful
illustration as to how God deals with His wayward children. Even when the
Son was in the hog pen filling his belly with husks, he was still a son. He
was far from his father, he was out of fellowship with his father, but he
was still a son of his father. Though the father was grieved with his son's
waywardness, the love relationship was not broken. Because he was a son, He
came to himself, he recognized his condition and said. I have sinned. This
is a perfect picture of how every wayward believer must come back to God.

Now just as an earthy father does not cast out a beloved son for some
act of disobedience, so the Lord does not cast us out when we sin. Rather,
He scourges and
Chastens us as we are so plainly told in Heb. 12:5-9. Sometimes the Lord
punishes with sickness or disappointments, and there are times when God even
brings tragedy into our lives. There have been disobedient Christians who
have lost jobs, lost their health and some have even lost their children.
This is the way God always deal with his sinning children.

Now lets look at the effects of sin in the life of a believer.

First, when a believer sins, he loses fellowship with God. Isaiah
59:2 Your Iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins
have hid his face from you, that he will not hear. This is what God said to
Israel, the nation of Israel is a symbol of the individual believer. Sin
always breaks fellowship between the believer and God
Second, when a believer sins, he loses the joy of his salvation,
David said, Restore
unto me the joy of they salvation, and uphold me with thy free spirit. Psalm
51:12
Third, when a believer sins, he grieves the Holy Spirit, Eph. 4:30
says And grieve not
The Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
Fourth, when a believer sins he loses rewards. 2nd Cor. 5:10 For we
must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that every one may
receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether
it be good or bad.

We should rejoice in the fact that our salvation is eternal, and live
each day to please
The Lord in appreciation for the great salvation He has given us.

In Jesus Name Amen
